UK Orders:

Payments can be made by all major credit/debit cards or by PayPal. (PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NOT REQUIRED completing payments. Simply click on “continue” button above the card logos or on the “pay with debit or credit card” link.)

 

Post:

FREE UK Delivery

All UK orders will be sent FREE of charge. All UK deliveries by Royal Mail, First Class/Recorded.

Delivery:

All orders received before 3pm working days will be dispatched the same day, but we aim dispatching your order within one working day. All goods are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class/recorded delivery, so you should allow a few days for the goods to reach you. A tracking number will always be emailed to you. The majority of 1st Class posts arrive the next two working days, however delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

Next Day Delivery:

Over 90% of Royal Mail’s 1st Class post does arrive next day, however it does mean that occasionally an order can be delayed.

If you require next day delivery then please contact us for a quotation. This is subject to courier availability and will be priced according to parcel size and weight.

International Orders:
If you require delivery outside of the UK then please contact us for a quotation. For international orders we use Royal Mail, International Signed For Service. This is subject to courier availability and will be priced according to parcel size and weight.

Delivery Schedule:

All orders received before 3pm working days will be dispatched the same day, but we aim dispatching your order within one working day If goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the opportunity to cancel your order. If your item is not in stock, we will backorder it for you. You will always have the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.

If you do not receive your goods within fifteen working days you should contact us. Over 40 % of lost or missing parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check first quoting your tracking number we e-mailed you. In the event of any problems with any items purchased from us, please get in touch quoting your order number. Your contract with us is for us to despatch items – it is your responsibility to provide a correct and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery when details are not correct or goods cannot be accepted.
