10 SMD Power 5050, MR11 Mini Spot LED Light, Bright White 12V AC

The MR11 12V AC/DC, 10pcs of 5050 SMD LED mini spotlight, bright white is suitable for any general, low voltage (12V) lighting for domestic or industrial use. The MR11 LED light’s main advantage is its 120° bean angle, which enables us to illuminate larger areas from a short distance. Its brilliance equals to the 25W incandescent light bulb’s, but it consumes only 1.5W energy. The LED spotlight’s size equals to the conventional MR11 mini halogen light bulb’s, therefore, using the appropriate transformer, any standard MR11 housing/fitting is suitable for replacing the halogen bulb. The LED MR11 spot light can be fitted to expanded ceilings, fix, movable and/or tilting downlighters.

When held in place by circlips, its ends should never touch the MR11 or MR16 SMD LEDs. Please always insulate the end of the circlip in such cases.

Recommendation: The MR11/12V 5050 SMD LED spot is recommended to be used with our 12V stabilized water proof power supply, to illuminate objects, pictures, cabinets, worktops etc., with diffused light.

Please note: Electronic transformers are not suitable for LED lighting.

Economical calculations: Using a 25W halogen spot light (MR11) over the lifespan period of 30.000 hours consumes 7500KWh energy worth of £90.00 (based on electricity cost of 12p/KWh), while using a 1.5W, 10 SMD LED MR11 mini spot light consumes only 45KWh energy worth of £5.40.

The overall saving, based on a 30.000 hours lifespan and electricity cost of 12p/KWh, is £84.60 on each light, which can be achieved simply by replacing your conventional lighting with MR11 LED lights.
